अदुष्टे प्राकृते बीजे जीवोपक्रमणे सति । पञ्चकर्मविशुद्धस्य पुरुषस्यापि चेन्द्रियम् ॥१२६॥
then the jivatma or consciousness wants to come into the fetus (garbha) then women conceive. The purification of man should be done by five measures (Panchakarma) and Shukra(semen) should be examined in terms of Varna(colour) etc for assessing the involvement of vitiated dosha
