अभ्यङ्गांश्च प्रदेहांश्च परिषेकांश्च कारयेत्। यथाभिलाषं शीतोष्णं विभज्य द्विविधं ज्वरम् ॥२५६॥
[External applications] Abhyanga (massage), pradeha (unction) and parisheka (medicated bath) should be given to the patient, either hot or cold, according to the appropriateness of the two types of jwara of the patient.
