वमनं मृदु नात्यर्थं स्नेहसेकौ विलङ्घनम् । कोष्णा लेपाश्च शस्यन्ते वातरक्ते कफोत्तरे ॥४६॥
Where the kapha is predominant, in patient of vatarakta he should be treated with mild emesis and avoid excessive oleation, sudation and fasting. Lukewarm lepa (pastes of herbs) are useful.
