एते स्थानस्य गाम्भीर्याद्यत्नात् सिध्यन्ति वा न वा । नवान् बलवतस्त्वेतान् साधयेन्निरुपद्रवान् ॥७४॥

all these on account of their seriousness of the seat affected , may or may not be cured even after deliberate treatment. These can be cured when they are of recent origin in strong patient and without any complications.

english translation

ete sthAnasya gAmbhIryAdyatnAt sidhyanti vA na vA । navAn balavatastvetAn sAdhayennirupadravAn ॥74॥
