वायुरेव हि सूक्ष्मत्वाद्द्वयोस्तत्राप्युदीरणः [१] । कुपितस्तौ समुद्धूय तत्र तत्र क्षिपन् गदान् ॥६०॥
The vata, owing to its subtle characteristics is really the impeller of the other two. When the vata is provoked, it propels the other two dosha and dislodges them about here and there, causing various diseases.
