स्थानानामनुरूपैश्च लिङ्गैः शेषान् विनिर्दिशेत् । सर्वेष्वेतेषु संसर्गं पित्ताद्यैरुपलक्षयेत् ॥५८॥

[Other local disorders] The rest of the disorders should be diagnosed according to the symptoms characteristic of the seat of affection. [Pathological factors] In all these disorders, the association of other dosha like pitta etc. is to be considered.
