सर्वाणिरूपाणितुसन्निपातात्स्युःपीनसेतीव्ररुजेऽतिदुःखे। सर्वोऽतिवृद्धोऽहितभोजनात्तुदुष्टप्रतिश्यायउपेक्षितःस्यात्॥१०७॥

Signs of kaphaja-type pratishyaya: Cough anorexia, thick discharge, excessive salivation, heaviness and itching in nasal passage. ॥ 106॥ Signs of sannipatika pratishyaya (caused by aggregation of three dosha): All the above symptoms along with intense pain and distress.
