यथाग्नि भक्षयेत् काले प्रभूतार्द्रकपेशिकम् । पिबेच्च निगदं मद्यं कफप्राये मदात्यये ॥१७६॥
according to the agni on proper time followed by drinking discoursed liquor in kaphaja madatyaya.
english translation
yathAgni bhakSayet kAle prabhUtArdrakapezikam । pibecca nigadaM madyaM kaphaprAye madAtyaye ॥176॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसौवर्चलमजाजी च वृक्षाम्लं साम्लवेतसम् । त्वगेलामरिचार्धांशं शर्कराभागयोजितम् ॥१७७॥
Sauvarchala, jeeraka, vrikshamla, amlavetasa each one part, twak, ela, maricha each half part and sugar one part;

sauvarcalamajAjI ca vRkSAmlaM sAmlavetasam । tvagelAmaricArdhAMzaM zarkarAbhAgayojitam ॥177॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएतल्लवणमष्टाङ्गमग्निसन्दीपनं परम् । मदात्यये कफप्राये दद्यात् स्रोतोविशोधनम् ॥१७८॥
all together powdered to formulate ashtanga lavana is an excellent appetizer and cleanser for strotas; shall be administered in kaphaja madatyaya.

etallavaNamaSTAGgamagnisandIpanaM param । madAtyaye kaphaprAye dadyAt srotovizodhanam ॥178॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएतदेव पुनर्युक्त्या मधुराम्लैर्द्रवीकृतम् । गोधूमान्नयवान्नानां मांसानां चातिरोचनम् ॥१७९॥
This formulation made into liquid by addition of sweet and sour juices in optimum quantity shall be advised as adjuvant to the preparation of wheat and barley as well as meat to make more palatable.
