भक्तोपरोधतृषितः स्नेहतृषार्तोऽथवा तनुयवागूम् । प्रपिबेद्गुरुणा तृषितो भुक्तेन तदुद्धरेद्भुक्तम् ॥५२॥

If thirst is due to abstinence from food or due to indigestion of unctuous diet, the patient may take thin medicated gruel; if the thirst is due to ingestion of heavy meal, the patient should vomit out the food.

bhaktoparodhatRSitaH snehatRSArto'thavA tanuyavAgUm । prapibedguruNA tRSito bhuktena taduddharedbhuktam ॥52॥
