प्रक्लिन्नं दाहपाकाभ्यां भिषक् शोधनरोपणैः । बाह्यैश्चाभ्यन्तरैश्चैव व्रणवत् समुपाचरेत् ॥१३६॥
When the granthi is decomposed with agni and suppuration then physician should treat it with external and internal shodhana (cleansing) and ropana (healing) as described in Vrana Chikitsa.
