गत्वा स्नात्वा पयः पीत्वा रसं वाऽनु शयीत ना। तथाऽस्याप्यायते भूयः शुक्रं च बलमेव च ॥३८॥
After the sex act, the man should take bath and drink milk or meat juice and then go to sleep. By doing this, his semen and strength get replenished.
