निःस्राव्य मत्स्याण्डरसं भृष्टं सर्पिषि भक्षयेत्। हंसबर्हिणदक्षाणामेवमण्डानि भक्षयेत् ॥४९॥
One should take the juice squeezed out of the eggs of fish, fried with ghee. Similarly, the eggs of swan, peacock and chicken should be taken. (Formulation : Vrishya Anda Rasa)
