Charak Samhita
यवगोधूममृद्वीकाचूर्णमामलकाद्रसः । तैलं च प्रसृतांशानि तत् सर्वं मृदुनाऽग्निना ॥१३६॥
one prastha of the powder of yava, godhuma, draksha and one prastha of each of the juice of amalaka and tilataila should be cooked over mridu agni.
english translation
yavagodhUmamRdvIkAcUrNamAmalakAdrasaH । tailaM ca prasRtAMzAni tat sarvaM mRdunA'gninA ॥136॥
