Charak Samhita
तैलभृष्टं च पिप्पल्याः कल्काक्षं ससितोपलम् । पिबेद्वा श्लेष्मकासघ्नं कुलत्थरससंयुतम् ॥११६॥
One aksha of the paste of pippali, fried with oil should be added with sitopala. Intake of this recipe along with kulattha yusha cures kaphaja kasa.
english translation
tailabhRSTaM ca pippalyAH kalkAkSaM sasitopalam । pibedvA zleSmakAsaghnaM kulattharasasaMyutam ॥116॥
