वातश्लेष्मार्शसां तक्रात् परं नास्तीह भेषजम्। तत् प्रयोज्यं यथादोषं सस्नेहं रूक्षमेव वा॥७७॥
There is no medicine better than butter-milk for the treatment of hemorrhoids caused by aggravation of vata and kapha. Butter-milk should be taken along with fat (for vata) or in an ununctuous form (for kapha)
