हत्वाऽग्निं कफमुद्धूय तेन रूद्धगतिस्ततः। आचिनोत्युदरं जन्तोस्त्वङ्मांसान्तरमाश्रितः ॥२४॥
Again the morbid vata further impairs the agni (digestive enzymes) and draws out the kapha. Thus morbid kapha in turn obstructs the morbid vata. Eventually the obstructed vata gets diverged in to the space between the skin and visceral tissues in the abdomen leading to distension of the abdomen and udara roga.
