प्रायोऽभिघातादनिलः सरक्तः शोथं सरागं प्रकरोति तत्र। वीसर्पनुन्मारुतरक्तनुच्च कार्यं विषघ्नं विषजे च कर्म ॥१०२॥

It should be treated with drugs used for the treatment of visarpa and provoked vata and rakta. If the swelling is caused by poisonous substances then it should be treated with anti-poison measures
