[Jivaniya Yamaka Sneha] Two prasthas (in the text actually one prastha is mentioned; double the quantity is taken according to the general rules of definition) of each of oil and cow's ghee should be added with the paste of one pala of each of the ten drugs belonging to jivaniya gana (vide Sutra 4: 9) and two dronas (in the text one drona is prescribed; double the quantity is taken according to general rules of definition) of milk, and cooked. This medicated ghee is an effective recipe for the cure of apasmara (epilepsy).
