सौम्यौपगतो रससस्यसंक्षयायौशनाः समुद्दिष्टः । आर्द्रागतस्तु कोशलकलिङ्गहा सलिलनिकरकरः ॥ ९-२६ ॥

If Venus should enter the constellation of Mṛgaśīrṣa, juice and crops will suffer; if she should enter the constellation of Ārdrā, the people of Kośala and of Kaliṅga will suffer and there will be abundance of rain.

english translation

saumyaupagato rasasasyasaMkSayAyauzanAH samuddiSTaH । ArdrAgatastu kozalakaliGgahA salilanikarakaraH ॥ 9-26 ॥
