रक्ताक्षं अब्दं कथितं तृतीयं तस्मिन्भयं दंष्ट्रिकृतं गदाश्च । क्रोधं बहुक्रोधकरं चतुर्थं राष्ट्राणि शून्यीकुरुते विरोधैः ॥ ८-५१ ॥
The third year is known as Raktākṣa; in it there will be fear from the attack of tusked animals and mankind will suffer from disease. The fourth year is known as Krodha; in it there will be anger in the land and countries will be ruined in consequence of internal strife.
