गृहतरुतोरणमथने सपांशुलोष्टौत्करे अनिले प्रबले । भैरवरावे रूक्षे खगपातिनि चाशुभा सन्ध्या ॥ ३०-०६ ॥
If immediately before sunrise or after sunset violent winds should blow breaking the tops of towers, trees and houses, carrying sand and pebbles along their course, howling fearfully and bringing down birds in flight there will be misery in the land.

gRhatarutoraNamathane sapAMzuloSTautkare anile prabale । bhairavarAve rUkSe khagapAtini cAzubhA sandhyA ॥ 30-06 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमन्दपवनावघट्टितचलितपलाशद्रुमा विपवना वा । मधुरस्वरशान्तविहङ्गमृगरुता पूजिता सन्ध्या ॥ ३०-०७ ॥
If during the twilight hours either gentle winds or no winds should blow, or if birds and animals should either sound gently or remain quiet, there will be prosperity in the land.

mandapavanAvaghaTTitacalitapalAzadrumA vipavanA vA । madhurasvarazAntavihaGgamRgarutA pUjitA sandhyA ॥ 30-07 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसन्ध्याकाले स्निग्धा दण्डतडित्मत्स्यपरिधिपरिवेषाः । सुरपतिचापाइरावतरविकिरणाश्चाशु वृष्टिकरः ॥ ३०-०८ ॥
If during the twilight hours such appearance as the Daṇḍa, lightning, clouds fish-like in shape, parhelion, halos, the rainbow and the appearance known as Airāvata (an imperfect rainbow) and solar rays should appear bright and glossy there will be immediate rain.

sandhyAkAle snigdhA daNDataDitmatsyaparidhipariveSAH । surapaticApAirAvataravikiraNAzcAzu vRSTikaraH ॥ 30-08 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविच्छिन्नविषमविध्वस्तविकृतकुटिलापसव्यपरिवृत्ताः । तनुह्रस्वविकलकलुषाश्च विग्रहावृष्टिदाः किरणाः ॥ ३०-०९ ॥
When the rays (of the sun or moon) appear broken, uneven, shattered, distorted, crooked, irregularly turned, thin, short, unstable, dim, and impure— such rays indicate calamity and lack of rainfall.

vicchinnaviSamavidhvastavikRtakuTilApasavyaparivRttAH । tanuhrasvavikalakaluSAzca vigrahAvRSTidAH kiraNAH ॥ 30-09 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउद्द्योतिनः प्रसन्ना ऋजवो दीर्घाः प्रदक्षिणावर्ताः । किरणाः शिवाय जगतो वितमस्के नभसि भानुमतः ॥ ३०-१० ॥
If, when the sky is clear, the rays should shoot into the sky and should be clear, straight, long and turning to the right, there will be happiness in the land.

uddyotinaH prasannA Rjavo dIrghAH pradakSiNAvartAH । kiraNAH zivAya jagato vitamaske nabhasi bhAnumataH ॥ 30-10 ॥
