यस्मिन् काले स्निग्धनिश्छिद्रपत्राः संदृश्यन्ते वृक्षगुल्मा लताश्च । तस्मिन्वृष्टिः शोभना सप्रदिष्टा रूक्षैश्छिद्रैरल्पं अम्भः प्रदिष्टम् ॥ २९-१४ ॥

There will be good rain in those countries where trees, shrubs and creepers grow luxuriantly with glossy leaves uninjured by worms, but if the leaves should be otherwise there will be little rain,

english translation

yasmin kAle snigdhanizchidrapatrAH saMdRzyante vRkSagulmA latAzca । tasminvRSTiH zobhanA sapradiSTA rUkSaizchidrairalpaM ambhaH pradiSTam ॥ 29-14 ॥
