बलदेवपट्टनं दण्डकावनतिमिङ्गिलाशना भद्राः । कच्छो अथ कुञ्जरदरी सताम्रपर्णीइति विज्ञेयाः ॥ १४-१६ ॥

Baladeva-paṭṭana; the Daṇḍaka forest; the Tiṁiṅgilāśanas (devourers of sea-monsters); the Bhadrās; Kaccha; then the Kuñjara-ravine; and the Sātāmraparṇī—these are to be understood.

नैरृत्यां दिशि देशाः पह्लवकाम्बोजसिन्धुसौवीराः । वडवामुखारवाम्बष्ठकपिलनारीमुखऽनर्ताः ॥ १४-१७ ॥

In the south-western direction are the lands of the Pahlavas, the Kāmbojas, the Sindhus, and the Sauvīras; the Vaḍavāmukhas, the Aravās, the Ambaṣṭhas, the Kapilas, the Nārīmukhas, and the Anartas.

फेणगिरियवन मार्गर कर्णप्रावेयपारशवशूद्राः । बर्बरकिरातखण्ड क्रव्याद आभीरचञ्चूकाः ॥ १४-१८ ॥

The Pheṇa-giri; the Yavanas; the Mārgaṛas; the Karṇas; the Prāveyas; the Pāraśavas; and the Śūdras; the Barbaras; the Kirātas; the Khāṇḍas; the Kravyādas (flesh-eaters); the Ābhīras; and the Caṅcūkas.

हेमगिरिसिन्धुकालकरैवतकसुराष्ट्रबादरद्रविडाः । स्वात्याद्ये भत्रितये ज्ञेयश्च महार्णवो अत्रएव ॥ १४-१९ ॥

The Hemagiri; the Sindhus; the Kalakaras; the Evatakas; the Surāṣṭras; the Bādara; and the Drāviḍas; the Swātyas and others are to be known for the protection of dharma; and the great ocean itself is here.

अपरस्यां मणिमान्मेघवान्वनौघः क्षुरार्पणो अस्तगिरिः । अपरान्तकशान्तिकहैहयप्रशस्ताद्रिवोक्काणाः ॥ १४-२० ॥

In the western direction are the Manimān, the Meghavān forest, the Aungha, the Kṣurārpaṇa, and the Aṣṭa mountain; the farthest regions, the Śāntika, the Haihaya, the excellent hill of the Praśasta, and the Rivokānas.
