अथ दक्षिणेन लङ्काकालाजिनसौरिकीर्णतालिकटाः । गिरिनगरमलयदर्दुरमहेन्द्रमालिन्द्यभरुकच्छाः ॥ १४-११ ॥

Then, to the south are Laṅkā; the Kālājinas; the Saurikas; the Kīrṇatālikas; the mountain-cities; the Malaya, Dardura, and Mahendra ranges; Mālindya and Bharukaccha.

कङ्कट कङ्कण वनवासिशिबिकफणिकारकोङ्कणऽभीराः । आकरवेणा आवर्तक दशपुरगोनर्दकेरलकाः ॥ १४-१२ ॥

The Kaṅkaṭas, the Kaṅkaṇas, the forest-dwelling Vānavāsins, the Śibikas, the Phaṇikāras, the Koṅkaṇas, and the Ābhīras; Ākaraveṇā, Āvarta, Daśapura, the Gonardas, and the Keralas.

कर्णाटमहाटविचित्रकूटनासिक्यकोल्लगिरिचोलाः । क्रौञ्चद्वीपजटाधरकावेर्यो रिष्यमूकश्च ॥ १४-१३ ॥

The Karnāṭas, the great forests, the Chitrakūṭa, Nāśikya, the Kolla hill, and the Cholas; the people of Krauncha-dvīpa, the Jaṭādharas (matted-haired ascetics), the Kāverīs, and Mount Ṛṣyamūka.

वैदूर्यशङ्खमुक्ताअत्रिवारिचरधर्मपट्टनद्वीपाः । गणराज्यकृष्णवेल्लूरपिशिकशूर्पाद्रिकुसुमनगाः ॥ १४-१४ ॥

The lands of beryl, conch, and pearl; the Atravāri (water-dwellers); the Dharmapaṭṭana ports and the islands; the Gaṇa-states, Kṛṣṇavellūra, Piśika, Śūrpādri, and Kusuma-naga.

तुम्बवन कार्मणयक याम्योदधितापसाश्रमा ऋषिकाः । काञ्चीमरुचीपट्टनचेर्यार्यकसिंहला ऋषभाः ॥ १४-१५ ॥

The Tumbavana forests; the Kārmaṇayakas; the southern ocean; the hermitages of ascetics and sages; Kāñcī, Marucīpaṭṭana, the Cēryas (Cēras), the noble Āryakas, the Siṁhalas, and the Ṛṣabhas.
