Brihat Samhita
नम्रा यतः शिखिशिखाअभिसृता यतो वा ऋक्षं च यत्स्पृशति तत्कथितांश्च देशान् । दिव्यप्रभावनिहतान्स यथा गरुत्मान् भुङ्क्ते गतो नरपतिः परभोगिभोगान् ॥ ११-६२ ॥
The rulers of the countries to which the bent tails of the comets point, of the countries in the direction of which the tails of the comets extend and of the countries corresponding to the several constellations (as described above) with whose stars the comets might appear to be in contact, will triumph over their enemies and be happy.

namrA yataH zikhizikhAabhisRtA yato vA RkSaM ca yatspRzati tatkathitAMzca dezAn । divyaprabhAvanihatAnsa yathA garutmAn bhuGkte gato narapatiH parabhogibhogAn ॥ 11-62 ॥
