न कुम्भ लग्नं शुभम् आह सत्यो न भाग भेदाद् यवना वदन्ति । कस्यांश भेदो न तथास्ति राशेरतिप्रसङ्गस्त्विति विष्णुगुप्तः ॥ २१-३॥
Satya says, the lagna of Aquarius is not auspicious. The Yavanas say, Aquarius is not auspicious from the division of the portion (Dvadashamsha). But Vishnugupta says, Of which division of the portions is not auspicious from the zodiac sign? Thus, it is an unwarranted stretch of the rule.
