लग्ने कुजे क्षततनुर्धनगे कदन्नो धर्मेऽघवान् दिनकरप्रतिमोऽन्यसंस्थ: ॥ विद्वान् धनी प्रबलपण्डितमन्त्र्यशत्रुधर्मज्ञविश्रुतगुण: परतोऽर्क वज्झे ॥ २०-६ ॥
When Mars is in the 1st house, one has a wounded body. When Mars is situated in the 2nd house, one has bad food. When Mars is in the 9th house, one is possessed of evil. When Mars is situated in the others (houses), the results are like the Sun in those houses.
english translation
lagne kuje kSatatanurdhanage kadanno dharme'ghavAn dinakarapratimo'nyasaMstha: ॥ vidvAn dhanI prabalapaNDitamantryazatrudharmajJavizrutaguNa: parato'rka vajjhe ॥ 20-6 ॥
