ईर्ष्युस्तीव्रमदो बहुमतिर्व्याध्यर्दितश्चाष्टमे सौभाग्यात्मजमित्रबन्धुधनभाग् घर्मस्थिते शीतगौ ॥ निष्पतिं समुपैति धर्मधनधीशौयैर्युत: कर्मगे ख्यातो भावगुणान्वितो भगवते क्षुद्रोऽङ्गहीनो व्यये ॥ २०-५ ॥
When the Moon is in the 7th house, one is jealous and severely intoxicated. When the Moon is in the 8th house, one has many thoughts and tormented with disease. When the Moon is in the 9th house; possessed good fortune, offspring, friends, kinsman, and wealth. When the Moon is in the 10th house; one obtains accomplishment and one is joined with dharma, wealth, intellect, and heroism. When the Moon is situated in the 11th house, one is well-known and possessed of good qualities of living. When the Moon is in the 12th house, one is vile and has defective limbs.
