Brahma Sutras
ॐ न विलक्षणत्वादस्य तथात्वं च शब्दात् ॐ ॥ २-१-४॥
Brahman is not the cause of the universe owing to the dissimilarity in the nature of this universe; and the fact of being so is known from the Vedas.
