सप्रलापभ्रमश्वासः क्षीणं शूनं हतानलम् । अक्षामं सक्तवचनं रक्ताक्षं हृदि शूलिनम् ॥ ७२ ॥

emaciation or swelling (oedema) and loss of digestive capacity; in him who is not too emaciated but has obstruction of speech, redness of the eyes, pain in the heart;
