Astanga Hrudaya
उष्णोऽपरः प्रदेशश्च शरणं तस्य देवताः। ) ।पूर्वरूपाणि सर्वाणि ज्वरादिष्वतिमात्रया। यं विशंति विशत्येनं मृत्युर्ज्वरपुरःसरः]॥१॥ योऽणुज्योतिरनेकाग्रो दुःच्छायो दुर्मनाःसदा॥६२॥
while the other parts are hot, is to be protected by the Gods only. He, who develops all the prodromal symptoms, in abundance, in diseases such as Jvara (fever) etc. will succumb to death followed by fever. He, who has an anujyothi (very little of consciousness), who has many worries (subjects of worry),
