Astanga Hrudaya
अपस्तम्भाख्ययोरेकां तथाऽपालापयोरपि। ग्रीवायां पृष्ठवत्तासां नीले मन्ये कृकाटिके॥२६॥
one each at apasthambha (left and right borders of the chest) and apalapa (left and right borders of back) should not be cut in the griva (neck) their number is same as in the back; among them, sixteen viz, two nila, two manya, two krkatika,
