स्वं स्वं हस्तत्रयं सार्द्धं वपुः पात्रं सुखायुषोः। न च यद्युक्तमुद्रिक्तैरष्टाभिर्निन्दितैर्निजैः॥१०६॥
Sarira Laksana – physiognomy: Three and a half hastha (arms length) of one’s own arm is the height of the body suitable for a happy life. This measurement does not apply to those who belong to the eight kinds of nindita (unsatisfactory, abnormal, bad, physique)
