अश्वघ्नपत्रसिद्धेन तैलेनाभ्यज्य मर्दयेत्। पटोलनिम्बमञ्जिष्ठासुरसैः सेचयेत्पुनः॥६१॥

The body should be anointed with the oil processed with leaves of asvaghna (karvira – Nerium indicum) and then massaged, followed by pouring of decoction of Patola (Trichosanthes dioica), Nimba (Azadirachta indica), Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) and Surasa (Ocimum sanctum).

english translation
