कल्पयेत्सदृशान् भागान् प्रमाणं यत्र नोदितम् । कल्कीकुर्याच्च भैषज्यमनिरूपितकल्पनम् ॥ २४ ॥

Wherever the quantity of individual ingredients is not specified, they should all be taken in equal proportions. If the dosage form or method of preparation of a formulation is not specified, then it should be prepared as a Kalka (herbal paste).
