पाणिवस्त्रैर्गलापीडं कुर्यान्न म्रियते तथा। प्राणोदाननिरोधाद्धि सुप्रसिद्धतरायनः॥१५॥
His throat should be pressed hard either with the hands or a band of cloth but not making him die, by obstructing the Prana and Udana (divisions of Vata) only the functioning in the well known channels.
