ससैन्धवः समधुकः सिद्धबस्तिरिति स्मृतः । द्विपञ्चमूलत्रिफलाफलबिल्वानि पाचयेत् ॥ ३४ ॥

rock salt and madhukaḥ – Glycyrrhiza glabra. This Basti is called Siddha Basti. One should cook the dvipañcamūla (the group of ten roots / Daśamūla), triphalā (Āmalakī, Harītakī, and Vibhītakī), and the fruits of bilva (Aegle marmelos) directly in cow's urine (go-mūtre).

गोमूत्रे तेन पिष्टैश्च पाठावत्सकतोयदैः । सफलैः क्षौद्रतैलाभ्यां क्षारेण लवणेन च ॥ ३५ ॥

To this filtered medicated urine decoction, add a fine medicinal paste of pāṭhā (Cissampelos pareira), vatsaka (Holarrhena antidysenterica), toyada (mustā / Cyperus rotundus), and phala (madana-phala / Randia dumetorum). This mixture is then thoroughly blended with honey (kṣaudra), sesame oil, yavakṣāra (alkali of barley), and rock salt (lavaṇa).
