Astanga Hrudaya
सुकुमारे शिशौ वृद्धे मृदुकोष्ठे च तद्धितम् । मूर्छासम्मोहहृत्कण्ठकषणक्षणनप्रदम् ॥ ४ ॥
It is best for persons of tender constitution, children, the aged and for those who have soft bowels. Ipomoea petaloides variety produces fainting, delusion, scratching, drying sensation in the region of the heart and throat and also ulcerations (in the throat);
