धात्रीफलरसप्रस्थांस्त्रीन् गुडार्धतुलान्वितान् । पक्त्वा मृद्वग्निना खादेत् ततो मात्रामयन्त्रणः ॥ १९ ॥

three Prastha (2304 ml) of dhātrīphala rasa – juice of Emblica officinalis, and half Tulā (2.4 kg) of treacle/jaggery. All these are cooked over a mild fire (to form a confection). It is to be consumed in the prescribed dose without adhering to any strict restrictions (of diet or activities).
