गुल्मं प्लीहोदरं कासं हलीमकमरोचकम् । कफवातकृतांश्चान्यान् परिमार्ष्टि गदान् बहून् ॥ १६ ॥
it wards off abdominal tumours, enlargement of the abdomen due to splenomegaly, cough, halīmaka (advanced stage of jaundice), and loss of taste / appetite. It destroys many other diseases produced by Kapha and Vata.

One Karṣa (12 grams) each of viḍaṅga – Embelia ribes, pippalīmūla – roots of Piper longum, Triphala (Haritaki – Terminalia chebula, Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellerica, Amalaki – Emblica officinalis), dhānya – Coriandrum sativum, citraka – Plumbago zeylanica, marīca – Piper nigrum, indrayava – seeds of Holarrhena antidysenterica, ajājī – Cuminum cyminum, pippalī – Piper longum, and hastipippalī – Scindapsus officinalis,

three Prastha (2304 ml) of dhātrīphala rasa – juice of Emblica officinalis, and half Tulā (2.4 kg) of treacle/jaggery. All these are cooked over a mild fire (to form a confection). It is to be consumed in the prescribed dose without adhering to any strict restrictions (of diet or activities).

hk transliteration by Sanscriptकुष्ठार्शःकामलागुल्ममेहोदरभगन्दरान्। ग्रहणीपाण्डुरोगांश्च हन्ति पुंसवनश्च सः॥२०॥
It destroys skin diseases, hemorrhoids, jaundice, abdominal tumours, diabetes/urinary disorders, enlargement of the abdomen, fistula-in-ano, disorders of the duodenum/digestive tract, and anaemia. It also acts as a puṃsavana (an agent that promotes the birth of a male child or healthy offspring).
