Astanga Hrudaya
फलादिक्वाथकल्काभ्यां सिद्धं तत्सिद्धदुग्धजम् । सर्पिः कफाभिभूतेऽग्नौ शुष्यद्देहे च वामनम् ॥ १४ ॥
Ghee prepared from milk boiled with the decoction or paste of Randia dumetorum, etc. is good to produce vomiting in persons who have their Agni (digestive fire) diminished by Kapha and for those who are emaciated.
english translation
phalAdikvAthakalkAbhyAM siddhaM tatsiddhadugdhajam । sarpiH kaphAbhibhUte'gnau zuSyaddehe ca vAmanam ॥ 14 ॥
