पित्ते कफस्थानगते जीमूतादिजलेन तत् । हृद्दाहेऽधोऽस्रपित्ते च क्षीरं तत्पिप्पलीशृतम् ॥ १२ ॥
When Pitta is found in the seats of Kapha, it (seeds of Randia dumetorum) should be consumed with the decoction of Jimuta- Luffa echinata etc. In heart-burn or bleeding disease of downward routes the seeds of madana – Randia dumetorum boiled in milk or milk pudding should be consumed.
