yāvaśūkaṃ – straw of Hordeum vulgare, kapittha – Limonia acidissima, āmra – seed kernel of Mangifera indica, jambūmadhyaṃ – and Syzygium cumini, dīpyakam – Cuminum cyminum / Trachyspermum ammi – (all these forming one part) along with the paste of bilva – Aegle marmelos six times in quantity of the above paste, mixed with curds, mudgarase – soup of Vigna radiata, jaggery

yAvazUkaM kapitthAmrajambUmadhyaM sadIpyakam । piSTaiH SaDguNabilvaistairdadhni mudgarase guDe ॥27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्नेहे च यमके सिद्धः खलोऽयमपराजितः । दीपनः पाचनो ग्राही रुच्यो बिम्बिशिनाशनः ॥ २८ ॥
and yamaka-sneha (two fats, oil and ghee), is prepared into khala. This is known as aparajita khala; it is carminative, digestive, water-absorbent, enhances taste, and cures dysentery.

snehe ca yamake siddhaH khalo'yamaparAjitaH । dIpanaH pAcano grAhI rucyo bimbizinAzanaH ॥ 28 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकोलानां बालबिल्वानां कल्कैः शालियवस्य च । मुद्गमाषतिलानां च धान्ययूषं प्रकल्पयेत् ॥ २९ ॥
In case of depletion of feces and dryness of the mouth, porridge of rice should be consumed with soup of pulses processed with paste of: kola – Ziziphus jujuba, bālabilvānāṃ – tender fruits of Aegle marmelos, śāli – Oryza sativa, yava – and Hordeum vulgare, mudga – Vigna radiata, māṣa – Vigna mungo, and tilā – Sesamum indicum,
