अनिलः प्रबलोऽवश्यं स्वस्थानस्थः प्रजायते । स बली सहसा हन्यात्तस्मात्तं त्वरया जयेत् ॥ १२१ ॥
the vāta doṣa, residing in its own primary anatomical seat (the colon and rectum), inevitably becomes hyper-activated and overwhelmingly powerful. This dangerously aggravated, strong vāta can suddenly and critically claim the patient's life; therefore, one must counter, conquer, and pacify it with the utmost urgency.

anilaH prabalo'vazyaM svasthAnasthaH prajAyate । sa balI sahasA hanyAttasmAttaM tvarayA jayet ॥ 121 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवायोरनन्तरं पित्तं पित्तस्यानन्तरं कफम् । जयेत्पूर्वं त्रयाणां वा भवेद्यो बलवत्तमः ॥ १२२ ॥
In the systemic management of these complications, vāta should be pacified first, followed immediately by the management of pitta, and after pitta is controlled, kapha should be tackled. Alternatively, as an absolute clinical rule, whichever of the three doṣas is found to be the most severely aggravated and predominant at that moment must be combated first.

vAyoranantaraM pittaM pittasyAnantaraM kapham । jayetpUrvaM trayANAM vA bhavedyo balavattamaH ॥ 122 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभीशोकाभ्यामपि चलः शीघ्रं कुप्यत्यतस्तयोः । कार्या क्रिया वातहरा हर्षणाश्वासनानि च ॥ १२३ ॥
Vata gets aggravated soon, even by fear and grief, hence even for the diarrhoea caused by these (fear and grief) treatment which mitigates vata and also treatment which provides happiness and courage of the patient should be resorted to.

bhIzokAbhyAmapi calaH zIghraM kupyatyatastayoH । kAryA kriyA vAtaharA harSaNAzvAsanAni ca ॥ 123 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्योच्चाराद्विना मूत्रं पवनो वा प्रवर्तते । दीप्ताग्नेर्लघुकोष्ठस्य शान्तस्तस्योदरामयः ॥ १२४ ॥
The disease of the stomach (diarrhoea)is to be considered as cured when the person is able to eliminate urine or flatus without the elimination of feces,when his digestive fire is increased and alimentary tract is light.
