अरिष्टं मस्तु पानीयं पानीयं वाऽल्पकं शृतम् । धान्येन धान्यशुण्ठीभ्यां कण्टकारिकयाऽथवा ॥ ८६ ॥

kuṣṭhaṃ – Saussurea lappa, śaṭhīṃ – Curcuma zedoaria, puṣkarākhyaṃ – Inula racemosa, citrakaṃ – Plumbago zeylanica, and devadāru – Cedrus deodara are ground into a paste (piṣṭvā); the oil (tailam) should be cooked along with two parts of milk (dviguṇa-kṣīra).
