पक्वात् खादेत्समधुनी द्वे द्वे हन्ति कफोद्भवान् । दुर्नामकुष्ठश्वयथुगुल्ममेहोदरकृमीन् ॥ ५६ ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptग्रन्थ्यर्बुदापचीस्थौल्यपाण्डुरोगाढ्यमारुतान् । अजशृङ्गीजटाकल्कमजामूत्रेण यः पिबेत् ॥ ५७ ॥
granthi – tumors, arbuda – malignant tumors, apacī – goiter, sthaulya – obesity, pāṇḍuroga – anaemia, āḍhyamārutān – and rigidity of the thighs. Piles of the person who drinks goat urine mixed with the paste of root of Gymnema sylvestre (ajaśṛṅgī)

and consuming jaggery and Solanum indicum as food, gets cured quickly. trivṛtāṃ – Operculina turpethum consumed with decoction of Triphala (śreṣṭhā), or pathyā (Terminalia chebula) with buttermilk;

guDavArtAkabhuk tasya nazyantyAzu gudAGkurAH । zreSThArasena trivRtAM pathyAM takreNa vA saha ॥ 58 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपथ्यां वा पिप्पलीयुक्तां घृतभृष्टां गुडान्विताम् । अथवा सत्रिवृद्दन्तीं भक्षयेदनुलोमनीम् ॥ ५९ ॥
or Pathya (Terminalia chebula) fried in ghee along with Pippali (Piper longum) and mixed with Guda (jaggery); or Terminalia chebula mixed with trivṛt – Operculina turpethum, and dantīṃ – Baliospermum montanum should be consumed as a laxative (anulomanī);
