प्रतिरोधकाः प्रमत्तस्य अपरहन्ति, अल्पाः कुण्ठाः सुखा ज्ञातुं ग्रहीतुं च, स्व देशस्थाः प्रभूता विक्रान्ताश् च आटविकाः प्रकाश योदिनो अपहर्तारो हन्तारश् च देशानां राज सधर्माण इति ॥
robbers carry off the property of the careless and can be put down as they are easily recognized and caught hold of, whereas wild tribes have their own strongholds, being numerous and brave, ready to fight in broad daylight, and seizing and destroying countries like kings.
