विशेषतश् च संघानां संघ धर्मिणां च राज कुलानां द्यूत निमित्तो भेदस् तन् निमित्तो विनाश इत्य् असत् प्रग्रहः पापिष्ठतमो व्यसनानां तन्त्र दौर्बल्याद् इति ॥
