निर्याणे अभियाने च राज मार्गम् उभयतः कृत आरक्षं शस्त्रिभिर् दण्डिभिश् च अपास्त शस्त्र हस्त प्रव्रजित व्यङ्गं गच्छेत् ॥
On the occaision of going out of, and coming into (the capital), the king‟s road shall on both sides be well guarded by staff-bearers and freed from the presence of armed persons, ascetics, and the cripple (vyanga).

niryANe abhiyAne ca rAja mArgam ubhayataH kRta ArakSaM zastribhir daNDibhiz ca apAsta zastra hasta pravrajita vyaGgaM gacchet ॥
