प्रत्याख्याने शुचिः । इत्य् अर्थ उपधा ॥
If they refuse to agree, they are to be considered pure. This is what is termed monetary allurement.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरिव्राजिका लब्ध विश्वासा अन्तःपुरे कृत सत्कारा महा मात्रम् एकैकम् उपजपेत् "राज महिषी त्वां कामयते कृत समागम उपाया, महान् अर्थश् च ते भविष्यति" इति ॥
A woman-spy under the guise of an ascetic and highly esteemed in the harem of the king may allure each prime minister (mahámátra) one after another, saying "the queen is enamoured of thee and has made arrangements for thy entrance into her chamber; besides this, there is also the certainty of large acquisitions of wealth."
english translation
parivrAjikA labdha vizvAsA antaHpure kRta satkArA mahA mAtram ekaikam upajapet "rAja mahiSI tvAM kAmayate kRta samAgama upAyA, mahAn arthaz ca te bhaviSyati" iti ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रत्याख्याने शुचिः । इति काम उपधा ॥
If they discard the proposal, they are pure. This is what is styled love-allurement.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रहवण निमित्तम् एको अमात्यः सर्वान् अमात्यान् आवाहयेत् ॥
With the intention of sailing on a commercial vessel (prahavananimittam), a minister may induce all other ministers to follow him.

prahavaNa nimittam eko amAtyaH sarvAn amAtyAn AvAhayet ॥

Apprehensive of danger, the king may arrest them all.
